Sofia Falleroni brings a mastery of communication skills and time management to her career as a real estate professional. She values the time of her clients as much as she values her own and is highly efficient with regards to both. She earned her degree in International Communication from the University of Perugia in her native Italy and is working on her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management in New York. Upon moving to Manhattan in 2004, she held a sales and marketing position for a corporate firm which gave her hands on experience in customer service.
Sofia believes that the first interview with her clients is the key to finding them what they are looking for. She asks all the right questions and then listens closely to what they have to say. Because she knows the city well, she is then able to choose the right apartments to show them, and they are rarely disappointed. She is very passionate about living in New York City and has explored every neighborhood and viewed hundreds of apartments. She immersed herself into the real estate business and learned from the senior colleagues around her with detailed swiftness.
Today, Sofia is training others to assist her in the service of others, so she can expand the number of people she helps to find apartments in this wonderful city. In her spare time, Sofia enjoys singing, gourmet food, wine, reading, music, and real estate investment.
